Count D, from Pet Shop of Horrors (Akino Matsuri). Ballpoint pen, I think, on the back of one of those cardboardy spiral notebooks. A bit of Photoshoppage afterwards.

Fuzzy snapshot of a two-minute sketch captures this character compellingly. I like the effect - realism enhanced by distortion.
